Limits
- Educational estimate from Court Rule 5:6A and Appendix IX-F, not a court order and not legal advice. A judge can deviate.
- Overnights, work-related child care, and the child’s health insurance change the weekly number. The self-support reserve is $460 a week as of January 1, 2026.
- The schedule stops at $3,600 combined net weekly income. Above that, the schedule amount is a floor and the court adds a discretionary amount.
